For centuries people have been doing the same work, everyday, over and over again, and nobody complained. However, since somebody invented he had a little pain in the arm (either from jacking off or from moving the mouse a little), the entire world seem to suffer from it? I really don't think so.. Note: above is my opinion. I don't mean to offence anybody but I do feel the need to tell this, since I've had some colleagues who complained every freakin' day about RSI, without even knowing how to spell it -- Alex Marbus www.marbus.net But then again, I could be wrong. It's actually in your back, although the pain is in your arms, and it relates to sitting in the same position, and the effect this has on your spine. For me is it essential to know there is a (weekly) time limit for sitting in front the PC and working with the keyboard and mouse. It is in my experience about 50-60 hours. Since I am working as pro it is also better for my overall health to do sports. And all my lifetime I didn´t like sports. But I no longer work at that job so I not longer get that enjoyment. I noticed that my legs hurt every now and then in that chair, but my back felt really good in that chair. Also I would sit cross-legged sometimes and that seemed to solve my leg aches. One other thing is they come in 3 sizes (A,B,C), are you sure you have the size that best fits your body type? They come in a number of different sizes and when I was trying them out I found the ones that didn't fit to be very uncomfortable.
