Dalek repeatedly commit abusive behavior to me by calling me many abusive words and for that and inorder to me get over it and call it off for today I demand a formal apology from him.

The more you keep crying about this the more respect you will lose from all members.
It happened, Chris told him to move on, he did, so why don't you move on as well.
All your doing is posting noise in a forum that is supposed to be about technical issues with the site. Not your personal rant / cry forum. Take it somewhere else.

But by all means, stop spamming the forum. This place is specific to discuss issues related to the functionality of the site. Your issue with an individual is of ABSOLUTELY no concern to anyone here, especially given your history.
Go ahead and use that little rant icon, but as shocking as it could be to you, spamming the forums could result in banning you again.
People here (Tom, Pete, OriginalGriff, etc.,) have been unusually polite to you today, but you aren't listening!

As for Chris Maunder you should be a one step away from every CP user but I can see that you are taking Dalek's side and by that you are biased and that is not fair.
All I want is one formal apology for all the abusive things that the one that shouldn't be named told me today and everything will go the same it was.

Slow down a little and take a deep breath.
1. This is the internet. It's not a formal dinner party. You need to understand that, try as we might, codes of behaviour are not as formal or clear cut as in Real Life. I'm not defending, just lamenting.
2. Saying "you won't get a formal apology" does not mean anyone can get away with anything. That's false logic. You're a programmer, logic is your life, so be more careful.
3. Schoolyard bullying sessions thrive on reaction. The more you react, the more you goad the perpetrator into continuing. You come from a very different culture from many of those here, and unfortunately you are in the minority so it will be up to you to adjust.
I don't mean to say that you need to accept abuse. I mean that you will need to adjust to how you deal with it. A formal complain to me, via email, is fine, and I will always follow up. Continually yelling and screaming is not appropriate and comes across as very immature. Your best defence is to minimise the perceived effect of any attack.
Overall, though, your best course of action is to look around and listen to what everyone has to say. You are doing yourself no favours in your behaviour. Others have tried to point this out but you ignore it. This leads to frustration and then ridicule.
Step back, learn and grow, and everything's will be fine. However, if you refuse to take heed and continue in your ways then you in turn become an abuser of the site. And that is something I will not abide.cheers,

I seem to remember that the reply you received in each of your previous incarnations was to grow up or ship out.
