This forum post also says BlockUI the first plugin I suggested does work with Angular JS http://stackoverflow.com/questions/23368709/jquery-blockui-plugin-and-angular-display-ajax-call-time-as-incremented-seconds

There is always a way to get it done, just have to do some research and try a few things. This is a plugin like BlockUI specifically for Angular JS: https://github.com/McNull/angular-block-ui

Satisfactory answers come when you ask satisfactory questions with the code you have already tried. Almost everytime I see a straight up random question without any code, I just keep moving to the next question. So what have you tried so far, "SHOW ME THE CODE" aka "SHOW ME THE MONEY", lol!

The array lengths most likely would not be the same, these are param inputs (included/excluded). If an input is included it cannot be excluded and vice versa. Any code examples on this?

That's my point if you want to do this client side just remove the runat="server" attribute. What else do you need to do on the server side. If it is a redirect or something that can be done in jQuery as well so it doesnt affect that behavior.

You can reference and no errors will be thrown but it will not work without posting back to the server.

Once you add runat="server" to any DOM element that element can at that point no longer be used on the client side in the same manner.

If a user disables Javascript no websites would work. That is an old outdated philosophy, javascript is used everywhere in most every website these days. Even some of asp.net functionality is compiled into javascript.

jQuery controls use css, if it is a visual problem it can ususally be solved by css. Read this about css ZIndex:

Have you inspected the elements to see the css that is being rendered. It's easiest to do it in Chrome. Launch your app on your localhost in Chrome, press f12 and navigate through your elements to see which css is causing the issues.

Why not use Session instead of Request.Form. I personally have never used nor seen Request.Form in use(although I'm sure it has value being used), but I always have success with session. Example in your scenario:
Add testname session from your inital lectora form: Session.Add("TestName",testName.Text);
Use Session in your next page: Label1.Text = Session["TestName"].ToString();

Basically the assembly path is the GAC where you're assemblies reside. You are correct that the server must also have these .dll's installed for your project to work, it will have its own seperate GAC (Global Assembly Cache).

It may be easier to use a drop down list, and let the user select hard coded values between 0-7. You will then have the SelectedIndex and SelectedValue with which you can work with. Just a thought. If it were a much larger range then a textbox would be optimal

You could use something like Constant Contact for a fee. Or if you use Windows Azure as a hosting provider you can use SendGrid which comes with 20,000 emails per month as a free account, you still have to develop your email template and write the code to send/receive emails.

I realize that, and never use string concatenation. But for the purposes of just getting something to work for a new up and coming developer I wrote it this way. Yes basically it is dropdown lists and Im capturing the data. If RevRanks is selected I won't to display the 1-9 if 'N/A' is selected I want everything to show as 'N/A'. Keep in mind the response column is varchar not int because other reponses are words.
