I will speak for others saying, I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Do you need a 30-day trial to Visual Studio? If so download Visual Studio Express its not a trial and its free. Otherwise, I don't know what you are talking about.

You have to write code to do it. Or, there are 3rd party controls that you use to implement licensing in your app.
