It's not the issue of can do or cant do.Its obvious that a client script can't do things as server script do.In case if they are able to do the same work(eg->working with html controls etc.) we should prefer client script rather than server script.

can you please specify which control you are using.

sometime you will get session timeout error , although you can provide more value , for timeout .But this is not an effective way to use more session variables, try to use far as possible Cookies, QueryStrings.

Why not you storing images in database in binary data format.

You must be entering a value that has entered before in UserID field. As it is Primary Key,it's value in different rows should be unique.

so it is not possible primary key field cant be NULL.

so the query will be
INSERT INTO [Users] (Name) VALUES(@value)

if UserID field is a primary key, then it will through error, in that case you have to insert some value for UserID.

if your inserting values to all columns you need not specify column names in INSERT query.
if your inserting values to one column , you have to specify.
eg->INSERT INTO [Users] (UserID) VALUES(@value)

for 5th column cell index is 4.
