AJAX under Vista

Actually ,the only thing which they are trying to tell you is to clear the concepts of AJAX [what,where and how],before even thinging to impliment it.

I would suggest that you find out some information about Ajax before posting here. A well-appointed library with a classics section should have some good information on Ajax.

I assume, of course, that you are not talking about the detergent!

I can only assume that it is the detergent named Ajax you are in need of. That's about the only type of Ajax I'd use with VB anyway.

AJAX stands for (A)syncronous (J)avascript (a)nd (X)ml. Windows applications have other better ways to communicate. Of course they can make use of AJAX by using browser control but that would be like loading a web browser into the Windows Application.

That's hilarious. A new user went far enough back in the site to find a question I asked as a joke when the site was in beta, and answered me. I don't get why people feel the need to answer quesions that have been correctly answered before, esp when their answer repeats an answer already given, but in this case, I guess he didn't get the joke.

ajax is meant for communication between server & client without submitting the form. in an application where everything happens at one place ajax is of no importance.
