While some people will use this mechanism - I think there are a lot of people who will just not mark their query as resolved because they are lazy or asked a question then disappeared or, most sadly, asked a question that is currently beyond their comprehension but refuse to admit it and want people to post source code without wanting to take the time to understand how it works.

It the mechanism were opened so that anyone could mark a thread as resolved then the system is open to abuse.

I hope I didn't sound too negative - I agree that it would be good to have some sort of mechanism so that resolved queries are so.

Can't manage to P/Invoke that Win32 API in .NET? Why not do interop the wiki way!
