Shopsafe helps Bofa more than it helps you really, but if you hate the hassle of dealing with stolen CCs, cancelling the card, getting a new one, etc., it's a super feature.

Discover and Citi MCs had that too but they took it offline a few years ago. So Bofa is the only major bank to still offer this.

If it's like Azure, you only get billed for usage. Delete any AWS apps/services/containers/etc. in the dashboard and at least you won't get charged for anything. As for completely cancelling the account, I'd bite the bullet and suffer a phone call. Hope you get it all worked out!

I get 1 TB of capacity with OneDrive with my Office 365 subscription, which is way more than I need. I have often wondered what the difference is between Azure and OneDrive. I suppose Azure is more for businesses and OneDrive more for private individuals?

OneDrive is only storage. Azure/AWS provides all the services (including storage) that business can basically rent. (webservices, databases, or full-blown servers)
As an example, my company uses Azure to host a couple of web applications that connect to a sql database. One web application takes input from around 250 customer pos terminals while the other is a manager/admin console handling around 70 manager/admin workstations. The cost is usually around $75/month.
The unreliability of my company ISP made self hosting impossible. We checked out Azure and found it very easy to setup and get working. Instant benefits were the ability to scale the web apps individually and the ability to use https. Over the last 2.5 years we have been using it, there has been a total of about 3 hours of downtime from outages...none at all for over a year now...that I know of anyway.
One thing that is available with a subscription is Visual Studio Online. I personally haven't found a good use for it yet. My code travels just fine on my laptop and I still prefer VS 2010 for most projects. (VS 2015 only when I have to) However, if I find myself on a computer without VS, I'm guessing it would work in a pinch.

Although that looks nice, it would not work for me.
I eat and drink at my desk, and thus, my keyboard suffers the abuse. Having something like that would not last long for me.

An i7-6700K with 32GB of RAM, and a GTX 1080 with 8GB of video memory. This thing would make a better gaming machine than most high-end rigs.
Still--I never understood the appeal of having a monitor integrated with the rest of the hardware. There's many more cons than pros.

Sweet. It comes complete with an 'integrated computer' apparently. Bit of a game changer there!
Also, there's a good chance that my big fingers might hit the right virtual key for a change, completely unlike on my phone.
Hmmmmmmm..... Nah, it's just a big, well, naff.
