Well - one could take a dip in the sea to cool off . . . that didn't work.

At this time of year in upper state NY, yes, but then again, we also had temps 20 degrees below normal last week! (avg is in the 70's.) It's amusing (sort of) -- last week people were wearing their winter coats, this week their wearing considerably less!
