AFAIK that means "Conform European" or something similar, that's way less restrictive than a EN-Norm (the european version of DIN- ISO-Norms)

I seem to be heading to the famed waterway in a craft lacking propulsion...
We've been invited by a Mercan group to an ex-pats' Thanksgiving Dinner tonight. There may [will] be alcohol involved and there probably will be a need for some adulting; a task I am never good at at the best of times.
