AFAIK, that's because the attachments don't contain any malware. They just contain code that downloads the malware from somewhere on the interwebz, and then launch the downloaded file.
Your antivirus should pick up the downloaded file as malicious, but I wouldn't want to risk it.

Lol, I've learned not to hate it as much. The syntactical sugar in ES6 and TypeScript make things a little better. Currently, I'm using Ionic.

Last year, when I had just started creating an artificial intelligence algorithm, I made a post calling for suggestions for ways to keep artificial intelligence good mannered and well behaved. At the time, my algorithm was still a long way from being functional. However, it is now at the point of going into beta, so I posted a very strict list of do's and don't list on Github. It is very strict indeed and needs to be.
It has been released on a GPL license, so everyone can own it (emphasis on “own”), criticise it and contribute to it. The address is:
https://github.com/Grand-Axe/The-Creed
Please take time out to read it and tell me what you think.
You can find my original post here, its titled; “Suggestions for ethical general artificial intelligence”:

My website is at: Mind Mutiny[^]

If I might make a suggestion, change the first sentence on your site:
"Okeuvo Artificial Intelligence, is a new algorithm for general artificial intelligence. It is the first general artificial intelligence system that can;"
to:
"Okeuvo, pronounced [give pronunciation], Artificial Intelligence is a new algorithm for general artificial intelligence. It is the first general artificial intelligence system that can;"
It's a combination of letters that will be pronounced a lot of different ways in different languages, and it doesn't lend itself to English -- and that's a big turn-off for many people.
English grammar note:
English doesn't separate subjects from their verbs, like many languages do, so "Okeuvo Artificial Intelligence, is" is an error, because "Okeuvo Artificial Intelligence" is a (phrasal) noun acting as the subject, and "is" is the verb, so you can't put a comma between them, in English.
That'll be 50 cents for the English micro-lesson.
[edit] I forgot to take the bluddy comma out myself!

Thanks, I do owe you that 50 cents.
...And there I was thinking I had gained English kung fu. Heheh!
The comma is now gone from the offending sentence on the website.
A couple of victims (some British) were suffered with the pronunciation of Okeuvo though, all did quite well. Its pronounced "ok-ee-uvo". In the future, an audio symbol will be placed next to the word.
Its unusual to come across a person with such linguistic knowledge on a coders site; your grasp is impressive indeed!

If you do the audio with a cute girly voice, developers will keep coming back to the site
And computer languages are too easy. If you want a real challenge, you have to go for human languages.

I just logged into my bank, and noticed a little bit at the top of the page I've not seen before:
Last successful log on: 07/04/2016 10:56
Last unsuccessful log on: 12/07/2013 12:27
That's nice! I can tell that no-one is trying to "break in" and ... even better ... I haven't made a mistake with my bank for nearly three years!
That's better than most banks can say to their customers!
