This study is junk science from start to finish, relying on logical fallacies for their conclusions.

It found that minor correlations exist between email length and response likelihood. With the same data and methodology, let's conclude:

1. Medium-length emails are more likely to produce responses because email receivers prefer to respond to medium-length emails.
2. Short and long emails are less likely to produce responses because email receivers prefer to ignore short and long emails.
3. Medium-length emails are more likely to produce responses because email senders are more likely to put important information into medium-length emails.
4. Short and long emails are less likely to produce responses because email senders prefer to put unimportant information into short and long emails.
5. Short emails are less likely to produce responses because email receivers like to read them on their phone while driving, and then die in a car crash before responding.
6. Long emails are less likely to produce responses because email senders prefer to send offensive content in long emails, causing the receiver to not respond and instead to run out to the parking lot and slash the sender's tires, delaying their inevitable death in an accident while reading a short email.

All of these conclusions are equally logically valid (and should be equally laughed at).
