Asking “who’s losing?” misses a larger truth about how thoroughly Amazon, Apple, Facebook, Google and Microsoft now lord over all that happens in tech.
So, forget about Intel ?

An interesting op-ed piece, but, imho, not so deep; I would have liked to have seen a comparison of the "five" (particularly Apple) to the great vertically integrated cartels of the early 19th. century. Would have been more interesting if it mentioned the incredible amount of funding going into "virtual reality" (as with Magic Leap).
