I think you interpreted it backwards from what he meant. He was implying that he would use whatever stack they told him to if they were going to pay him that much.

You are probably right, but that means he is prepared to waste their time by blindly applying. It says you must have experience with the stack (whatever it is).
I thought he was saying that given the compensation he didn't want to waste his own time trying to figure out what stack they mean.

Not only does the recruiter not know what he is talking about, concepts do not change simply because there's another company name behind it. A database is a database, a server a server.

is it Lamps Plus[^]? The map appears to be over exactly where they are.
The requirement, however, is so ambiguous - at least it should say what people will really be working with/doing and who the business is so a prospective employee can do some research - just looks very suspicious with so little detail.

I always wonder why people are so keen on experience and being a quick learner - if you have the latter, is the former really that important? IMHO, someone who's really a quick learner, and willing and able to apply this to any given job, then any other requirement is just ... sauce.
Besides, I've never seen a job requirements list that was or even could be met in full. I fondly remember one particular job offer requiring 10 years of experience in Java in 2000. Go figure...

I see nothing about software in there, so I assume they'd consider any experienced secretary. Specifically, the reference to the MS stack doesn't even refer to programming! The "experienced programmer" bit doesn't refer to the MS stack, so, does programming coffee machines and copy machines and a microwace count? 
And why not? Everyone likes to delegate their power point presentations to their secretary!

Obviously the primary requirement is ESP.

Is Craigs List REALLY where you want to find your next Sr. Developer?
Who wrote this? The disgruntled ex-Developer during his exit interview?
It's like... We have $100K to pay you, but ZERO marketing money to FIND you.
We will hire you, and put you in a hole soooo deep, your family will never find you again.
(Like they will figure out you replied to a Craigs List job offer!)

I don't see any requirements in there. These are requirements:
1) What language(s) does the applicant need to know?
2) What platforms will he/she be working on (PC/Web/Mobile) targeting what?(Desktop, Java, UNIX)
3) What databases does he/she need to know, if any (SQL, NoSQL, etc)
4) What architecture does he/she need to know (Stand Alone / multi-tier / web services, etc)
5) What industry are you in? What type of products do you manufacture?
As far as Craigslist... Most of the time the postings are decent and full of content like above.. I've found my last 4-5 gigs on Craigslist. It's a cheap, easy to use medium that is widely viewed and doesn't require dealing with some moronic recruiter.

Wow, I would never have imagined. I have had such mixed experiences.
One guy sold me something broken, another tried bait and switch after I drove almost 2hrs!
Maybe it is a Florida thing. Where are you at?
But I do appreciate that it may actually work... Interesting. I stand corrected at scoffing at the Craigs Listing...

I've seen a real spike in job posting there over the last 5 years.
In each Craigslist "city" page there are two links to look at:
Under Jobs
Software / QA / DB
Here's where 95% of the programming work is found
Under Gigs
Computer
This contains all manner of content that people consider computer related, but from time to time I find small contract work here.
The thing with Craigslist is that it's open to anyone to post anything, so ya, you gotta spend some time looking over each post and clicking around, but the jobs are there.
