I have complete photoshop training. But my design was so simple. I found have many great design like this[^] and like this[^]. So I have some question if anyone know.
I also want to do a great design like this too. I know photoshop but I am pore of creative design. Please anyone in here can suggest me how could I have the creative design like the link that I provide above? Do I have to read any book or attend any class?

On a serious note: if you have creative, artistic talents, then practice them - it's the only way to really bring them to the fore. (And to find out if you do have them, rather than think you have them)
There are books, tutorials, and courses on good design - google can find you loads!
"books, tutorials, and courses on good design"[^] - But if you don't have the talent to start with (and I know I don't) it won't matter much what you read or study!

If you ask the question, then you are not able to do it.
Are you an artist (in a general sense) (*)
Are you able to draw on paper? Have you got a sketch pad with you all the time to doodle things?
Are you able to paint and/or use different color medium (water, oil, ...)
Are you ready to spend countless hours in front of a screen (and/or paper) to learn your skills?
Are you ready to take modeling classes? are you ready to draw hands and feet until you can do it naturally?
If all fails, then use photoshop plugins.
(*) Not everyone is an artist or a good Photoshop technician; do not be sad.

Remarkable.

Have to laugh as our current CEO is the son of one of the founders.

I had a dilbert calendar on my shelf last year. I kinda miss tearing off the old day and seeing the new comic. It's not the same as just looking it up online.

When we drive over Europe we keep tabs in stupid drivers by make and nationality. For makes of car, from this trip, the top five are:

3. BMW [a rare drop from the top]

You can convince your friends and family of your magical ability by leaving a gap of 5 or 6 meters between you and the car in front and as if by magic an elephant Audi with a sunshine at the wheel appears!
By nation, we didn't even bother rating anyone else, Belgium needs to stop driving. Special mention goes to the screaming wuck fit [see the CCC] who came around a blind corner at 6 am yesterday, travelling the WRONG WAY IN A ONE WAY TUNNEL, doing around 100 km/h. I don't know why, but maybe 30 seconds prior to this I had changed lane in the empty tunnel. If I hadn't I, along with my family and the kunt in the other car, would be dead.

When I was riding motorcycles up the A3 into London every day during the rush hour I used to figure that if I could think of five stupid things a driver could do in any given situation, some stupid elephant would find a sixth and do it.

I used to bike in to the city that way too, I think around Robin Hood it would be safer just to get off the bike and walk down the middle of the outside lane.

Do not attempt driving in Italy. Just do not. It happened to me a fair number of times - to meet such a wuck fit (I'll borrow this BTW), not to be one.
ADDED: BTW if you ever see a azure Fiat Panda RUN FOR YOUR LIFE. Nearly died three times with three different azure Fiat Panda. I think it's a divine mark.
