The pun lines have a long tradition amongst the lounge, and it happens every once in a while that a relatively new member posts something that is worse than the other puns (even if that is hard to achieve). We even had members advertising their new books, and no one pulled the trigger (even though I did). Compared to that, reporting a message just because it is a bad pun is not acceptable at all, especially since the post doesn't violate any Lounge rules (I recall seeing posts here which were far away from being KSS).
Reporting a post just because you don't like it is an abuse, and therefore the report.
It seems like that I am not the only one thinking like that, that's probably why you have already 3 abuse votes on your counter.

I'm not going to say that you're wrong, but are you sure that it isn't a simple mistake? The guy has been a member for 7 years - it's not like he just walked in from the street yesterday... 
BTW: Where do you see the abuse thing? I didn't think that something like that was visible to everybody???

Which doesn't mean that he can behave in that way towards newer members - If he really gets his account banned he still can talk to Sean and ask for mercy.
We have rules in this place, and IMHO they shall be applied to everyone, regardless of how long they have been a member.
A recall a 'stralian fello who got his account nuked multiple times, and every time it got reinstated.

I watched the first episode of this on BBC iPlayer, it was fantastically dark, and one of the best set-ups for a comedy I seen in a good while. Written by 2/3rds of the League of Gentleman.
