I just had a quick glance at them but they look like the same to me: He describes something existing but doesn't provide a concept nor any source code. All together The value of The tips and Tricks of The Said author seems to be very poor.

I didn't see that as a hacked account. There are a lot of people who wait for a long time to ask a question.

Playing devil's advocate, why is it definitely not fit to be in Q/A? This isn't StackOverflow - we don't have to be anywhere near as uptight as they do over there. I'd like to think we were a lot more inviting to people. I certainly don't see anything inherently wrong with the question.

I leave it to the community - I'm not pretending to be the only person who has an opinion. I just thought I'd throw an alternative point of view in there. You were right to raise the question, and hopefully people will display wisdom and maturity in pondering whether or not we should be allowing such questions.

If it's a hijack, the original owner can ask for a reinstatement on that basis and will know that there is a problem or that is password is compromised.
Either way, the account needs to be closed at least temporarily, so I hit the "spammer" button.
