Remember this is Toronto time. I see a flurry of comments and a sign in event before this time, but nothing after.
Try posting a comment and then see if your rep goes up. If it doesn't go up, let me know the where the comment is and I'll hunt it down like a dog.

SELECT COUNT(*) FROM ReputationEvents WHERE Member='Dave' AND Date > Midnight AND Type='Participant'
Found the issue. The limit on comment partipiation points is 25 per day. You've hit the wall.

maybe the rep history should still show those activities, with a points value of zero.
and a *, with the foot note (*) hit the daily limit wall.

We could dop that, though technically the events shouldn't be in the Repuation History list because they didn't result in any change to repuation history. We'd have to rename it to "User Events", with the rep points being a mere addendum to what members did.
Another bigger issue is the rep history table is a whopper. We really are trying to keep it on a diet.

I don't believe that is the case.
I will check tomorrow and confirm though.

In your comments history, I can see more than 50 comments in last 24 hours. Looks like, 'limit' is the case.

You right. I have seen in Reputation FAQ[^], only 25 comments applicable for points.

I can do a dump of the actual comments and actual points if you wish. I ran the actual query - I'm not telling porkies.

I wasn't inferring that you were.
I am just pretty sure that there is a problem, if not general, then specific to me.
Oh Woe is me...

Can some CP Admin help this guy[^]?
Adding to this issue, he asked the same thing sometime back and I replied by asking him to uncheck the 'Work In progress' checkbox.
In case, if it is no more there, can we have something like dummy workflow/template to play with and see how things look and work - this would help us to understand the flow and have easy submission.

IMHO too many different words are used that may or may not intend to mean the same, example: composing, unfinished, work in progress, don't show publicly.
My suggestion is twofold:
1.
assign a single "publishing status" to each and every article, always show it (near the first posted info), and add a little "?" button there, which when clicked pops up a list of all possible statuses, in normal chronological order, with a short description of what they are and how one moves to the next. Yes, I know most articles will show the same "finished" or whatever status, I don't care, I do care about too many people having trouble not seeing their article when and where they expect to see it.
2.
streamline the terminology, i.e. reduce the synonyms to one, synonyms are no good outside literature, all they do is confuse people.

Can you tell me why I have got -50 for consumption of technical blog?
|
|
|
|
|
Did you add, then remove, a technical blog? You get 50 points for having a blog, but you lose those points if you remove the blog.

I get 50 points for adding a blog!?
How many blogs can I create? Per day? Per year?

Before reporting a problem I can see, I would like to say I can see that intensive work on improving the functionality of the site is going on. Thank you very much!
I noticed that with time, some comments to the same Answer changed their orders. This is very confusing. They come ordered by the time of posting and should stay this way because this reflects a time line of conversation, arguments, etc.
Thank you for understanding.

To help with the confusion: you can choose the order manually.
There's a tab 'Top rated', which sorts based on popularity votes and there's a tab 'Most recent', which sorts reversed chronologically.

yes, there now is more confusion; I'm afraid you're talking about the order of the answers, not the comments.
