Ok, I am missing something. He enters his username and you email the password to his email. But he does not remember what email he used. So how will he retrieve his password?

The original post said "just forget emailid but he remember Username or RegistrationNo".
I'm working on the assumption that just because he forgot which email he used doesn't preclude him from still having access to all the email inboxes he could choose from. So - he should just use his username, not his email address. If he doesn't have access to the email address he used then knowing that email would not help anyway.

Unless of course he doesn't remember that email address and can't log into it to check for the Code Project email, but if he knew the email address he could have that email provider email his alternate email address the password for the email account used with Code Project. 
Still, giving somebody the email address associated with an account would be a breach of security, so I'd say the guy is just screwed if the above scenario is the case.

Might be useful to have an experimental forum, the multilanguage Lounge (ML). Before you post a message, you must select the language it is in (say, from a drop down). If you do not, a JavaScript dialog will ask you to do so before you proceed. At the top of the ML, that will be a series of checkboxes, one for each common language (and one for "Other"). These checkboxes will allow readers to filter which language they would like to read and which they don't want to read. Either come up with some clever scheme to default which language gets checked automatically (e.g., just use English or default based on the nation the person lives in), or have all the languages checked by default. If a user changes the checkbox selection while logged in, that selection will be remembered as part of his/her profile and will be used when logging in on other computers. One rule would need to be added: avoid posting replies in a different language than that posted by the OP (so each thread would be a single Language, whether it be English or Chinese). There are alternate ways to implement a multilanguage lounge (e.g., by having different pages, one for each language), but this one seems to retain one key benefit of the Lounge... the large audience (the small audience is probably one reason people avoid posting in other forums). This would also cater to those polyglots out there, and might even help assist us who wish to be polyglots.

Errm - I'm confused over number 3. The only nationality he mentioned there were the Romans. What am I missing? As Chris will probably point out - and he is consistent in his stance here regardless of nationality, so please don't accuse Chris of anything - if you don't like the message, click the "Vote to remove" link - that's what it's there for.

I agree with you, however, I feel on this global forum there should be respect for other CP Members sentiments as well. I also believe CP Members should not "abuse" any community.
I am happy if you feel that posting such derogatory remarks against one country is fine and such practices should be encouraged, however, in that scenario, I would prefer to have single/consistent yard-stick, in the sense, if an Indian is posting any comment against western countries, his message should not be "down-voted" and deleted from the forum.

I agree, and disagree. I agree that there should be respect, but I disagree (well disagreeish - even though there's no such word) in that I think that the Vote to remove should be used for ALL such messages; I don't think derogatory remarks are valid for any nation.

I cannot help myself, and if any are particularly cruel and hurtful, then I feel my time has been well spent.

I hate to argue with the throne, but he is backtracking, the statement he orignally made is:
"You are the Arab equivalent of knowledge, you hardly came up with anything original and just propagated what you came across".
If he'd said that about Australians would you still be proud?
He is wrong BTW, the Arabs under the early Caliphates made huge advances in Sciences (especially the "hard" sciences, while we brits were still pretty much painting our backsides blue, but thats not my point.
