There is no such thing. You have a code problem somewhere.
What are you doing in Form Load? Do you have any other process that is consuming the CPU in that form? Does the app still respond on other forms? What does the code look like?

I have one datagridview with three columns first is for category dropdown second for product dropdown third for price textbox all are datagridviewcolumns is taken.
My problem is that i want to show only those product whose category is selected from category dropdown and then price for those products which is selected by product dropdown. This is for each row for datagridview.
Now i want to save and update them in database with three fields 1.id 2.categoryid 3.productid 4.price and if there is any row in table then it populate when form load with rows in datagridview with appropiate value and then i want to change it again it give facility to change and add new record and then it save or update the data.
How Please give me any code or link if anybody have.

Good day, please help.
I have this program I'm busy writing and I have no clue how to do this: when a user starts a program, I want to "intercept" and "pause" the program while its loading and prompt the user to "ALLOW" or "KILL" the program. If anybody has used Kaspersky's Internet Security, it is implemented in there - an alert pops up prompting the user to allow the program to finish executing or cancel it.

I posted a tip on using subsequent forms from the app class. Have the first form be the spalsh panel (or whatever you want to call it), and code accordingly. The splash panel would spawn a thread that performed the startup code, and if startup completed before the user pressed the cancel button, the first form would close and the 2nd form would be displayed.

Application.Restart or start a new instance of your program and use Application.Exit to end the current instance. Or run a different program that detects if an instance of your main program is running (perhaps by looking through the names of all the currently running processes), start that up, end your current program, at which point it will start a new instance, after which that extra program will close itself.

| I suggest you read the Enterprise Library documentation, the process is too involved and too implementation specific (i.e. we don't know what you want to acheieve with the library) for you to get an full answer here. How to create dynamic objects in C# in Runtime.

This is basic stuff, you should read a C# book as you will get a much more detailed explanation than we can put here (and probably easier to follow):
In your example:
string[] drives = GetLogicalDrives(); Returns an array of strings, each containing a name (lets say) of a drive.
Use a foreach loop, rather than a for loop - you don't need to know how many drives there are.
foreach (string drive in drives)
{
DriveInfo di = new DriveInfo(drive);
... do something with the drive.
}DriveInfo is a class which I invented to return info about a drive given its name. Each time you deal with a different drive from the drives array, you create a new instance of DriveInfo to handle it, with the new keyword.

Yes, yes, I know! 
Just using it as a sensible name for a class the OP might want to implement to go with the "drives" array they already had.
I dunno, .NET has taken too many of the good names already, why can't they have used DICFMSTOMYLH instead, and left all the good ones to us? They used to in the early days!

Just use the constructor of string which accepts char array - here[^].
Example:

string strFromCharArr = new string (charArr);
