There are several options as to how you can set this up. Here is some code that will allow you to place a form on your page(using your own design for the company), check their user name and password and then you can log that later to a database if they supplied the correct NT user name and password. I would suggest placing this code into a Active X .dll, then you only need to create a object of it and call the SSPValidateUser method to validate the user(this will return a boolean).
