how to create proxy in windows communication foundation(WCF)

Hai,

I am developing a project in WCF.After i run the program I have to create proxy for client.In command prompt window after i type "svcutil http://localhost:/myservice/service.svc" i got the error "svcutil is not recognised as an external or internal command operable program or batch file".please rectify my doubt.
