Hi,
One of our customer bought subscriptions for app service and database with his mail id and so he made my email account as a co-administrator.

I am able to login with that account in azure.

My problem is I am not able to view the subscriptions bought by him from my login and it says like "No subscription is found".

So please tell me whether a co-admin can view the subscription.

Thanks In Advance!!!

What I have tried:

I tried to see the subscriptions under app service and database menu but in both it showed like no subscription found and it allows me to add new subscription also. so I thought obviously i should be able to view the subscriptions added from the customer login. I am I right?

It sounds as a question for Microsoft...

1 solution

Basically no - the account owner gets to see the subscription console[^] and the account administrator(s) can see the portal[^].

"Subscription" is about paying (and setting payment limits) only.

"Administrator" is about creating/deleting etc. - so if you are administrator you can add an application from the portal. Press the [+] on the applications and follow that wizard.
