We can't.
All we have to work with is a small text box, and the subjects you are trying to get info on are each the subject of a large book!

Go on a course, or get a book (Wrox do good ones, as do Addison Wesley) and follow it through doing all the exercises. There is no short cut.

Be prepared for a lot of work: this is not a five minute job, it's a lot more like six months!

I can only suggest you work your way through these Microsoft C# Tutorials (C#)[^] and then when you feel confident in the C# language, download and work through the ASP.NET MVC Training Kit from Microsoft[^]

All are free but you must invest time in order to progress.
