Can I send you some tissues?
There are two kinds of people in the world: those who can extrapolate from incomplete data.
There are only 10 types of people in the world, those who understand binary and those who don't.

Only if I can send them back after using them. They'll change their color, though.

This is one of the few places Trump-free (except the aforementioned forum)
Let's keep it that way.

Don't forget Soap Box 1.0[^], which seems to have some.
Surprisingly, The Back Room[^] seems to have escaped unscathed. Possibly because nobody remembers it's there.

I posted an answer to this: How do I un-delete deleted article on CodeProject[^] with a '@' name link to Sean - but it didn't show as a link even after refreshing the page, and I don't know if it sent an email to Sean either (I've followed it up with a separate email just in case).
I'd suspect that atsign names aren't being recognised in QA answers at all?
Bad command or file name. Bad, bad command! Sit! Stay! Staaaay...

Once again: [^].
imho, this could be considered as a form of mentoring, or curation.

This would probably be an appropriate discussion for the "Design and Architecture" forum in my opinion. Some interesting topics such as cyclomatic complexity could be discussed as people in the linked thread mentioned

I'm not clear on your idea (sorry - I'm foggy from the 'flu). John's answer below seems...relevant?

Has anyone noticed that the post count on Insider News always shows +1 more than the number of actual messages?
I see this on Insider News which is often posted by Kent Sharkey so I'm not sure if it's his account or if it's the Insider News forum that does something odd. This problem doesn't seem to occur in The Lounge but not sure.
Example
For example, he has three newly posted items and no one has replied but they all show up on the main page as having 2 posts.
Not a big deal, just thought I'd let you know, since I've noticed this for a few weeks.
I'm seeing this on various browsers.

There are two Kent Sharkey's; one of them maintains radio silence.

It is probably means, that the question flagged as repost, but I cant see the previous post from the member, and if it was posted by someone else it is better to post the link as answer (in case the other post has been answered)...
For this and for the fact this question was answered (2 answers) I ask to reopen it...

I suspect not - I've had it a couple of times, and it seems to be hashing algorithm clashes giving a false positive. Post it again with a trivial change and it will almost certainly work.

Hey, can you fix my account too? I've not been getting notifications for posts for a few years!
I haven't seen email in my spam folders from Codeproject, but I'll update my Whitelist just in case. Thanks...

Hi Chris,
I must apologize, but I was ill and only now signed back in. No email received, and unfortunately my email server only saves messages tagged as SPAM for 10 days. Would you be so kind as to:
1. Tell me what domain and/or email address is used to send notifications? Then I can try whitelisting it.
2. Resend the account confirmation email?
Thanks!!

Strike that. I tried putting CODEPROJECT.COM into my whitelist, and just received notices about a new article being published. Things seem to be working again. Thanks...

I tried bookmarking Pete's new tip:
Let's Get Implicit With Our Tests[^]
The bookmark icon changes appropriately (gets an icon with a "+" on it), but when I go to my bookmarks, it does not appear.
I am using:
Google Chrome Version 55.0.2883.87 m
Windows 7 Enterprise Service Pack 1
I have disabled Chrome extensions to verify that it still does not work.
