The reply box I used to see, perhaps last week and for years, spanned most of the browser window and provided text formatting buttons.
The reply box I am seeing to today, right now as I type this response:
1. The input box only spans about half the browser.
2. Doesn't have have the formatting buttons
3. Has an absolutely useless 'help' link to the right of the response button with a single line which links to a page about emoticons. As if there were not already millions of sites already that provide help about that.

Highly bizarre - I'm seeing the correct Reply box here - the one you are used to seeing. What browser, version, OS are you using and what box is being shown (look at the bottom left, below the Advertise | Privacy | Mobile links - I see Web03).

Can you email me (chris at codeproject) the results of this page[^].

I think I'm seeing a very similar problem in Firefox 42 / Windows 10 - the emoticon list has been replaced with a single unclickable emoticon, and a non-wrapping "Click here to view the range of emoticons available" message.

That's better!
I was just about to change my user agent - replacing the final "42.0" with "41.0" looked like it would do the trick.

The issue was our useragent detection was out of date and not flexible enough. We have backup parsing that generates a "it's probably X" and stores a placeholder record until we can update it, but a secondary problem was that once the new data was in place the old placeholder record for FireFox42 was not being purged from the cache.
Kicked, yelled at, restarted. All good.

Still doing it right at the moment. Unlike the other respondent the emoticon does have a clickable link.

Maths in IT #1: Basic set theory[^] was pulled from my blog, I had some trouble[^] with the formatting, but I got it fixed.
Just now I got another message that that same post was pulled from my blog (again with all the images missing), but that post disappeared.
And now my initial blog post is an actual article.
I'm not sure if it turned into an article before or after my blog was consumed for the second time...
I'd rather have it categorized as blog post as it's rather short for an article!

Sorry - that was me debugging. I thought I'd added a second copy and must have removed the wrong one.

That stressed me out! I was afraid I had to edit all those LaTeX formula's again!
Thanks for fixing it though

It's interesting I had a similar problem with images in an imported blog post and now that post in under articles as well.

I think I just switched it back to a blog entry? All good now?

Thanks, it's a blog post again.
It's kinda embarrassing to admit but until I learned this was due to a bug just now, I thought it was an article because of a promotion or upgrade

Are you guys aware that the My Articles page doesn't show article ratings, popularity or number of votes?

There seems to be something wrong with this article.
Apache Hadoop for Windows Platform[^]
The menu on the left seems to be behind the article (comments) and there is a white space between the comments and the add.
If I scroll all the way up it displays correct but as soon as the first link in his article (https://app.box.com/s/11fwozokqmc1ohttt117) scrolls into view the page shifts.
Resolution might be a issue since I don't have it on my second display. Resolution from main display on laptop: 1366x768.
Browser: Chrome 46.0.2490.80 m
Also, could you press the turbo button again please. CP seems very slow at the moment.
If needed I have screenshot.

The icon says it's fixed but I still have this.
The left menu is shrunk to about 50 pixels when I scroll down.
Also tried it in firefox this time and it's the same there.
Did several ctrl+F5's, but that didn't help.
