Trend Analysis in sales Module: No one here knows what that is, it is your module.
What is he requirement and how we develop the screen: You should have been given requirements or you will need to work this out for yourself.
Please be specific about what you ask: What problem are you having?

requirements.

1. you need to look at what the client requires

i.e.
a. how the trend analysis work
b. data used
c. functionality they require

Once you have completed the above step you need to look at how they will use it? i.e. single location and multiple locations.

Then find the right development tool for the job.

Coding

I would not worry too much about how the screen looks to begin with make sure that you can get the agreed functionality working first and then you can layout the form out as cleanly and clearly as you can.

But with the layout you may end up adjusting it according to the client's taste.
