Jquery not working in IE9

Hi,
I am using tiny_mce editor jquery in our asp.net web site , it is throwing an error 'Microsoft JScript runtime error: Object doesn't support property or method 'duplicate'' and 'Microsoft JScript runtime error: Object doesn't support property or method 'parentElement'' IE9 but working fine in IE8, why?
please give me proper solution....

Good to know. As suspected, it was an issue of old jQuery files. Once OP downloaded it, the issue was resolved.
