It's working fine. And still, the users are able to see the folders by accessing the server machine by running like '\\10.1.xx'. The entire 'Intranet Site folders are visible. How to restrict them!!!

When I was started from the scratch, thought to keep the details like this only. But, it takes many 30/31 records for every employee for a month. As, we have 500 employees it takes almost 15000 records per month. Thats why I decided to have 1 record per month. Thanks for your suggestions.

Even, if i have changed the target column's (EmpMonth,EmpYear),@month,@year datatype
to Int, still showing the same error.

If i put numbers directly instead of @month & @year, It's working fine.
