I didn't assign session value to any static variables. More explains, are all apps in local IIS work fine. Session state has no strange symptom as being in online server. VICK, on the above comment has said, that may caused from OS, make me get though of it. How do you think for that? I may need to try re-install or not? Need comments.

Excuse me! please apologize for my fault. I've put sessionstate mode="InProc" cookieless="false" timeout="240"
in web.config and it works without that symptom anymore now. But I exactly got that strange session yesterday. Let me check for what cause of that first, because i forget. Then I will come back to tell you what I'd tried to change my web.config in order to get that strange session.

I just got to know that my server couldn't access from outside network (by domain address) this morning. I afraid virus would attacks my server. Do you think it possible?

I've already try and if i put it to web.config, session.abandon() command would not work.

i didn't check for session timeout. just keep it as default IIS settings. And my sessions have no expire error. Do you have any idea for this?

Thank you to Mr.Hiller. I had copied the files into server directory with remote desktop and installed as a virtual directory application. Do I need to deploy it instead? and how about other posible concerned cases?

Now, I have added "Private Sub Page_Error(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs)Handles MyBase.Error " with the code "server.clearerror()" inside to my global.asax and waiting for any error. If there are no error occur within 3 days, I think this solution is great.

, I run it direct through file path like 'file:///D:/test.html', so the page can't create cookie anymore. When I try to install IIS to my computer, I ran it again and it works.

Thank you for your suggestion. After I had post this question, I have been sent to join a training so I didn't come to see your answer. And now I,ve aready solved it by replacement my old "xx.vbproj" and "xx.vbproj.user" files from backup project.

Sorry! The error message that occurred when I dropped datagridview is not showing now. It seems a warnning message else. But I didn't notice it anymore at that time. So, now I don't know what cuase of this errors. I only try to resolve it as the suggestions from you and another posts but it still not work.

Add: Now I've aready re-install SDK belong to another guide, but it still errors as it was.

Actually, before this error will occured, I was trying to create a .rdlc report and this report is too busy because of a very long sql command (with Access Database).However, the command is work fine. When I execute in MS Access and I can get data from database as I need. But when I run this report, it turn to show no data inside (but no error).
So, I decide to create a datagridview in the same form of report viewer to test this sql command and after I dropped a datagridview on the form, An Error Message was pop up . Unlucky, I didn't notice the error message anymore. Then I just clicked "OK" and continued to create the datagridview. After it was finished and try to run program, but this error occurred. Could you help me to analyse that what should be the cause of this problem. Thanks too much.

Here is my connection string "Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=payroll.mdb;" and I have to tell you more about the behavior of this error.
Behavior: After I have run the program and when I come into the page (Page which error occur),there is no error occur at fist time. And I still can do some activity with no error ,though the program to run through rowPostPaint event for a while. But if I still do this acctivity repeately longer, the error will occur.

I just guessed that, maybe because of looping in rowpostPaintEvent which is the cause of this error. So just I tried to make a sleep to delay each time of openning or closing the connection. However it still the same.
Now, I am trying to edit my code belong to your suggessions.
