what is the error?

you can use sp_MSforeachdb for this purpose like

DECLARE @command varchar(1000)
SELECT @command = 'USE ? SELECT (SELECT DB_NAME()),* FROM sys.triggers WHERE is_disabled = 1'
EXEC sp_MSforeachdb @command

so what is the problem with these two queries? they will return you statuses of all the triggers in whole database

* if you have multiple tables in return than you have to give index of that table in dt.Tables(your integer table index here).Columns.Remove("usr_0_Account_Summary_id") from the table from which you want to delete column

* i never tried this but my guess is that in this case weather system will not create new column or it will creates another column with any other name most probably with "usr_0_Account_Summary_id_id"

This is my wild guess as i never worked with datagridview. But it might be because your code trying to find "ActionImportance" in header row? try setting j = 1 maybe that is the problem

if you are displaying data in gridview then that extra time is for rendering data in gridview control. you can implement paging in your stored procedure to cut down data. in that case only small number of records will be returend at time and then gridview will take less time to display them

in your code check if "RateCenterName" and "QuantityThreshold" empty then supply any default values for them

can you clarify that why you want a gridview in a text box?

this is a query you can write it in stored procedure or if you are writing query in your code as string than use it in inline code also if you want it to sorted by testcase than write
