Just add a simple JavaScript on your terms & conditions partial page to find menu container control with #id and to hide it.
This way user will not have any other option to navigate away.

Try using TextboxFor instead of hiddenfor and set the css property to make it hidden and then write a required attribute for the same.
If this doesn't work try to write a custom validation..

Instead of directly calling alert and redirect... write a JavaScript method and depending on the situation show window.confirm or ok, Cancel and do accordingly.. if needed write jQuery get/post ajax method for any async operations upon user confirmation.

The best approach is to keep a backup (zip) of your original code and open it in VS 2013. The VS IDE will automatically upgrade your project and show any errors or warnings.

The problem here is that you have single hidden field for multiple PhotoId's within a loop.
You need to create different hidden fields within the loop based on index. like : <input type="hidden" name="hid"+ @item.index++ value="@item.PhotoId" />
Same thing applies to all three controls within the loop :)

There are several key things which we need to follow while sending emails from a dedicated or shared hosting servers. If we don't follow our server will be marked as spammer. Often these complexity is being handled by Email marketing vendors. Just for example, there should be a unsubscribe link and your company address at the bottom of every email. And there are many other thing to follow as well.
Just Google "email spam detection and reputation" for more information.
Also I recommend you to opt for any Email marketing solution from GoDaddy.

comparing both web methods and action methods in mvc is not right because both follow different patterns.
MVC will have router which will redirect the user request to appropriate controller's action method. Also, we have task and await keywords to do async when required.
Web methods are static because they should be accessible from client side even without creating an object to the container class. This is the basic difference. Hope you understand.

I'm not sure where the issue is but..
Instead of calling controller action method twice for each chart control.. why don't you create a view model with mapping properties for both the charts in a single action method. Then no need to call twice for the single partial view.

I realized this as a base used in SmartAdmin bootstrap template from wrapbootstrap. They are changing the whole website theme just by changing the css class name at body tag and in that class they are setting the # color the variable itself.

I think we can achieve this by using variables concept that is mentioned in less or sass. We need to create a variable at page body level. Upon selecting the chosen color, we need to set the variable with appropriate color.

In general scenario, we do not apply localization to either images, css or js files. To get appropriate images based on your culture selection, you need to rely on resource files.
routes.IgnoreRoute("{resource}.axd/{*pathInfo}");
The statement above will avoid routing mechanism for all resources like css or js files.

why don't you create a new route which support culture and localization and not by creating a virtual path.
Here is an example on how to create a route with culture:
routes.MapRoute(
name: "DefaultWithCulture",
url: "{culture}/{controller}/{action}/{id}",
defaults: new { culture = "en-US", controller = "Home", action = "Index", area = "", id = UrlParameter.Optional }
);
