how to edit image when selected in fileuploadctrl

actually iam uploading images to database its working but when uploading means when i click on browse ie fileupload ctrl some images in my system will open so if i selected birthday image i want to edit it ie i want to insert some image in to birthday image after editing i want to save to database

"Edit" is vague. Do you mean resize? Crop? Make black and white? Remove "red eye"? Add captions? Transpose bunny ears onto people's heads?

If you mean crop and resize then google "crop resize image before upload", there are some javascript plug-ins for this.
