It see it is a QT project, so I need more information regarding this? What do yo mean by clients?
Is this a same application or all the clients connected with application running in different computers running in one common network. If it is running in same computer and is a same application you can use Qt signals and slots but if multiple applications running in network you should go for something like Socket IO.

Could you show me the code? From this, "But I cannot exit or terminate the function + break" I believe there is something like while loop before the return statement, use a debugger and see whether the program goes for the return statement. Also make sure it to return things from the while loop if the data gets matched or something.
Note: this is just an assumption, better conclusions can only be derived from looking into your code.

Do you have a 32-bit processor or something?
From this python path (C:\Users\Khosr\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python37) I could see you are running under windows and to me it seems like a 64 bit installation as of 32 the path would be something like Python37-32 although I am not sure on this.
Anyways I suggest you to go with Anaconda it comes with all necessary packages and IDE's for the data-science.

Did you get any error messages? If yes, post it here so that I could help you to find where exactly the problem is.
In your "What I have tried section" you have imported math library correctly in the first attempt if you didn't see any error message, then I believe you have imported the library as Python won't notify you if you import a library unless you make it to notify you.

The two lines of combinations of numbers(at least to my mind) is not enough to figure out the math behind it.
I will simply come up with: System.out.println("1 3 2 4\n7 6 5 8 9\n.\n.\n.");
But I am sure that is not OP wants, would like if someone breaks the math.

Could you please describe briefly what you are trying to achieve and what is going wrong? By far my understating from "unction you put its name and then () " is are you looking for something like recursion?

Hash it with SHA512 and hash it again with bcrypt with random salt. So that it is hard for brute-forcing and makes the rainbow table useless.
