R/Sir if cell is empty then it gives same problem 'object reference not set to an instance of object'

I have changed the column to Student,
problem is with foreach(object item in dg.rows)
dataRow dir = item as datarow;
here in dir null value ( if debugger is used)

the error is genarated at da.parameters("@AdmissionNO",..........) line

it have a logical error. Sir ji.

thanks dear your logic is good but actualy i want to send database value member of selected items
in checkedlistbox, your code gives an error that Nvarchar value can'nt be converted to int,
the attribute in my table is of int type

C# window application does not support ListItem , it requires System.window.Documents; that can not be included to Window applications
