My friend sorry , i dont know much about this. i have one gridview and Some lables out of gridview when i change value in Revised Minute text box i have to do some calculation and replace Employee Rate field and those lables. i need an event that gives me total gridview values row by row with changed revised min values. so i can do calculation and i ll bind again.
Can you help me?

if i have 3 rows in Grid it fires 3 times and each time it shows each row index.

No. that list contain only 2 rates i just wanna display one Rate in a textbox with condition .

in linq EmployeeToCountryRate.Where(x=> x.Country == "US").select(x=>x.RATE).FirstOrDefault()

this will return Rate (int) and i have to display in TEXTBOX

yeah its single value with Unique Country ID, if CountryID="US", i have to display US rate.

yeah.. thats just mad thing, i just used SELECT because others to understand.
I need to display RATE thats in EmployeeToCountryRate class. it refer as Ltst of objects in EMPLOYEE class.

EMPLOYEE_ID.EmployeeToCountryRate is List, i need to show Rate thats inside that LIST

System.Date.Now , it will give current date , if you compare whether entered date is pas date.

yeah , im trying to hit db for 15 min interval with timer and update panel. its working sort of, but i can sure after i host this project for test run.
