I want to create an simple windows form.
In that form if i click F1 button, another one form or some page shows the details of my main form. How can do it.

Just create another form that contains the information, and set an event in your main form to show this second form when the user presses F1. What's the difficulty?

Are you saying you want your Help Form to have the "look and feel" of the Windows System Help Dialogue, and have all the same Controls, and functionality ? That Help Dialogue is actually an HTML page being shown in an IE browser window.
