They would have to beat England - France - then Spain/Italy/Germany to do that. There is money to be made by backing an underdog in this tournament but it's in the other side of the draw.
One team from Switzerland,Poland,Wales,NI,Croatia,Portugal,Hungary,Belgium WILL make the final. I'm having a flutter on a couple of these tomorrow as the Euros has thrown up a 'Leicester' quite regularly.
Just compounds Roys mistake to make all them changes. It's obvious he's only aiming for the Quaters/Semis to keep his job. I hope they sack him and replace him with....with...um...replace him with....um..um....for f***s sake...he's going to keep his job because there is no-one else.

Don't forget his great Aunts Cousin or something, is from Northern Ireland so he'll support them if Hungary go out and then there's England as a back-up. I'm fully expecting that by the Semi-Final stage he will tell us he owns a German Shepard and has an adopted son called Pedro.

That "cookies agreement" garbage is one of the worst freaking decision ever made. Who was dumb enough to think that I want to click on a button to agree I-do-not-know-what on EVERY SINGLE WEBSITE I navigate to. This is complete nonsense. Furthermore, I do not even understand how this could be implemented internationally (because I see this on the websites independently from the country it is on), and why websites could be forced into implementing it.

Good grief, I've been up since 7 AM, working on some documentation, with a break for breakfast (French Toast with cinnamon, cardamon and a little coconut milk in the batter), fried in coconut oil, topped with real maple syrup (warmed) and fresh strawberries, all organic ingredients.)
Just looked at the clock. It's 12 PM! Well, at least the document is done.

I use a bread machine for kneading and proofing the dough; it's perfect for a lazy bugger like me.

I actually quite like kneading dough - it's therapeutic, and you get bread as well!
There's a sense of "completeness" from hand baking, the feel of the dough as the gluten stretches and lines up.
I rise in the Sous Vide, as I can regulate the dough temperature to +/= 0.5C, and keep it at the ideal temperature (35C ~ 37C depending on the flour, apparently). I set it to 36C and leave it well alone.
