Image to Text with Azure Computer Vision

I travel a lot on a budget. This means I have a certain amount of money to spend each day I travel. This way, I can calculate how long I can stay away or how much money I need on a specific trip. Traveling on a budget means keeping track of the budget. There are so many apps in the world where you can enter all the expenses and see how badly you did. But it’s all manual work and receipts are easily forgotten. Especially when you eat at local tents in Asia; they don’t give receipts. So I decided to build an app myself. And the first problem I faced: How to read the text from an image?
