Win32 - Where To From Here?

I++ presents one option for the direction of Win32.

Win32 is a dinosaur from the 1980s. It is riddled with macros and #includes. Given that C++ now has modules and discourages the use of the preprocessor, it is clear that Win32 needs to be replaced with something more modern. That something could be win+ - contained in I++.
