I work in a warehouse. Sometimes I work on the floor (majority) and other times I am in an office area, just on the other side of a wall which connects to the warehouse. :P

Agreed. I work downstairs in the dungeon. Most of the people down here are road warriors....unless there's a game on.

We generally chat chat and keep on chatting which reduced Noise pollution....... Such a enviornament friendly peoples working around me

We have one person in the office who doesn't have an inside voice. If she's on the phone or otherwise talking to someone I have to close the door to my office in order to concentrate at all. I still don't know how the other cube dwellers get any work done while she's on the phone, and I suspect that they don't.
Aside from her, it's so quiet a trained ear could probably tell whether I'm writing code or screwing around on CP.

They have to walk through dev to get to two Training Rooms, they all say hello on the way past, the ones who aren't on the phone. I have requested a partition wall, which is a pity as sometimes the view is quiet good.

Might I offer a helpful suggestion?
Place a sign on the partition, directing one side for men, the other for women, oriented so that your preferred Vice nice view is available.

There's very little conversation in our office, so I bring an MP3 player in.

At work I close my office door and play music on my speakers all day long from my mp3 player with a HD radio. I still at times hear loud talking in the hall which I find disturbing probably because I do not understand the language it is spoken in. Perhaps my brain is trying to compensate for that..

Since we moved to a new location, the company decided to save some money by minimizing the amout of walls between workers. There are no walls on the sides (we can see each other all the time), and only one wall in front of us (I can see the head of a co-worker). You can imagine the amount of noise when everyone is speaking on the phone or just chatting. I'm quitting my job because of this, and I'm not the only one...

I have to yell "STFU" and that seems to do the trick for the next five minutes.
