Need a VBScript to pin a website(msn.com) to task bar

Hi

I a frantically searching for some references to save a webpage to taskbar.
Many references are available to save application(notepad.exe/Iexplorer.exe).
But i hardly got any good reference which can show me the wayout of saving webpage to task bar.
As per my understanding, following steps require to complete for saving

1> Creating shortcut
2> Saving the shortcut to taskbar.

Can anyone give some good references of developing the script?
