minitab macro to pull a query from access with parameters

Im not really sure if I am in the right place but... I am trying to write a macro that pulls information directly from an Access database into minitab17. I am trying to pull a query that is already coded in SQL in access, the query also has parameters that the user has to enter in order to get the correct data... I wrote a macro in Excel that did this and it ran perfectly (after about a week :) ) but I am completely new to minitab and was completely new to macros about a week ago and now I am completely lost.. please help or direct me to the appropriate place.
