SQL Server 2008 R2 connection not working with ip address in local pc , while not working with name from remote pc

Hi,

I am working on SQL Server 2008 R2, I have following issue.

Locally could not connect with IP address while can connect with Name Server

Remotely could connect with IP address while can not connect with Name Server

Appreciate your help in advance.
