Why ASP.Net MVC 3 Project working on local server does not work on prod server?

I have developed a mvc application. Working fine on local. However when I store in prod server and turned custom errors off, I see the following message. I searched and readed bin deployement etc. None of these solutions don' t work. I think my problem is a little bit different.

Configuration Error

Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Web.Mvc, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35' or one of its dependencies. The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

How can I resolve this? I am asleep for 25 hours. Need to solve this :)
