Google search will help you. But you need to be more clear about exactly what you mean.

First do you need a protection of a specific format or do you need a protection for all the Office Open XML formats (XLSX, DOCX, PPTX)?
Second what are you currently using for processing and manipulating with these files, is it Office Interop or Open XML SDK or something else or nothing at the moment?
