how to create webview page in a DLL library in c# VS 2013

I have created a class library file (DLL) which have a page with webview (Web Browser). I want to call this web view from my application. It should load Web page and perform. As I am calling this web view which is DLL file returns Exception saying XAML parsing failed. I am not able to include a xaml page in the class library.
