What does "one-way command messaging" mean?

1. I'm reading a book about Azure Service Bus. I get a concept one-way command messaging, but I don't understand what it is. Does it mean sending and receiving commands asynchronously?

2. On the other side, someone tell me that Greg Young says one-way command messaging is not needed actually. I didn't find it by myself. Could anybody give me the url or something else about his speech or paper?
