One thing for sure you need to learn about the IN clause[^] and also how to combine AND/OR clauses using brackets. The query can be less than a quarter of its current length, far easier to read and you should be able to spot the runtime-error you have in there (Hint you check for 'QA' twice - did you mean 'CC' to be included?)
