how to configure cocosdx with eclipse on windows

hello friends
i am trying coco2d v2.2.6 game engine with eclipse on windows 8 but not configure properly and not working so any one know about that please help me short out there problem any suggest other refrences .
and what is requirment of cygent in that without cygnet dont configure that ???
